渋谷防災キャラバンは、地域で防災活動を続けてきた自主防災組織と共に実施する 誰でも気軽に楽しく参加できる体験型の防災訓練です!
ご家族や友人とお気軽にご参加ください。

「防災クロスワード」にチャレンジして、正しい防災知識を学びましょう！抽選でオリジナルようかんが当たり、参加賞としてルークのオリジナルステッカーをプレゼント！

まちのコイン「ハチポをもらう」体験

実施レポート（11/22更新）

11/16(土)に渋谷区立上原小学校で開催された「渋谷防災キャラバンin上原地区」に、アルバルクチアリーダーのRUNAとKANAEが出演し、ステージで「防災ダンス※」を通じて参加者のみなさんと防災の知識を高めました。
ブースでは“そなえ”クロスワードパズルを実施し、抽選で50名様にアルバルク東京オリジナルようかんをプレゼント！会場をまわり参加者や出演者のみなさんとも触れ合いました。

今後もアルバルク東京は、渋谷の皆さんといっしょに防災意識を高め、渋谷を盛り上げていきます！ご来場いただいた皆さん、ありがとうございました。

※Disaster prevention dance
・Sarusaru Samba
It is a dance that teaches disaster prevention actions with the body through training to select appropriate poses reflexively. Between songs, there are shouts that instruct the three poses. You can enjoy it like a game, as if you take the specified pose there, it is the correct answer. The choreography is very simple because the same movements are repeated.
・Jishin Pill Bug Exercise
This dance is based on the theme of the "dangobug pose" that is taken when an earthquake occurs and the desk is not nearby. The song also sang things to check before taking a pose, such as "Don't panic," "Don't make noise," and "Find a place where things won't fall or topple over." can be learned.
